One year of the Honest Hypocrite

June 15th, 2005: First post to the Honest Hypocrite.

Happy Anniversary to the Honest Hypocrite. The first post of the Honest Hypocrite was one year ago today. Topics have ranged wildly my own opinion of on politics, math and statistics (with plenty of charts), ribbon magnets, science fiction and science itself. I have been able to put out about 0.88 posts/day over the year. The run rate chart below that this post rate has varied over the year and has picked up lately to about 1.77 posts/day.

At the beginning the median number of page loads per day was 8. A particularly popular post that Boing Boing linked to produced a peak number of 3882 page loads that day. Since then the Honest Hypocrite has had a more steady load of visitors and the current median is 45 page loads per day. I hope I can remain entertaining enough to earn this attention.

Thanks to my commenters for their inspiration, they allow me to pretend that dialogue is more fun than a monologue. If there is something that you would like to see more of, the comments are always open. Your comments are an anniversary present to me.
